How long does shipping take for my saber?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Custom-built sabers or Neopixel models may require an additional 3-5 days for quality testing before dispatch.
What is the difference between Base Lit and Neopixel blades?
Base Lit sabers have a single high-power LED in the hilt, making them ideal for heavy dueling. Neopixel sabers feature an LED strip inside the blade for realistic scrolling effects and higher brightness, best for display and light choreography.
Do your sabers come with a warranty?
Yes, all Selecta Sabers products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions under normal use.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved hilts are non-refundable unless a defect is present.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment options through Shop Pay and Klarna.
How do I update the sound fonts on my saber?
Most of our sabers utilize SD cards. You can add new sound fonts by connecting the SD card to your computer and following the specific software instructions provided in our digital user manual.
